Amy Mihaljevic Memorial Scholarship Fund

  • Established in 1994
  • Awarded to one or more college-bound seniors who have been active in the community
  • Selections made from applications reviewed by grants committee

Bob Sielski Memorial Scholarship

  • Fund dissolved in 2008 with the final two scholarships awarded
  • Established in 1998
  • Awarded to college-bound seniors participating in sports with plans to pursue a career in Education with an interest in coaching athletics

Tim Todd Memorial Fund

  • Established in April 2007
  • Scholarship being awarded to a graduating Bay High School wrestler
  • Selection made by Athletic Director, wrestling coach and a Bay Village Education Foundation Trustee

Awards

Ryan Haneline Memorial Award

  • Established in 2002
  • Awarded to teachers and/or students at the middle school level or younger for enrichments in the areas of Visual, Performing, Musical or Literary Arts.
  • Selected by staff at Bay Middle School

Robert Kitzerow Award

  • Awarded to 8th grade students demonstrating exceptional leadership and academic success
  • Students attend an educational summer camp of their choice
  • Selected by staff at Bay Middle School

Nancie Clouser Waldron Fund for Excellence in English

  • Funded by the Class of 1960
  • This grant promotes classroom and individual education activities, which pursue excellence in the academic area of English.
  • Designation given to a grant that meets criteria at the grant selection meeting in October

Golden Fund

  • Established by the Class of 1949
  • Encourages each 50 year Reunion class to contribute
  • Proceeds fund a project that helps special needs students succeed in school
  • Designation given to a grant that meets the criteria at the grant selection meeting in October

The Thompson Economic Education Grant

  • Established by the Joseph H. Thompson Foundation
  • This grant funds investment, finance and economic projects and programs at Bay Middle and High Schools
  • Selections made by BVEF trustees
